Phrasso
Vet every buyer before they enter your network
Visit PhrassoAfter several poor experiences with outside contractors, I approached PixelPoint with hesitation. They quickly changed my perspective. Their communication is the best in the industry, and their ability to listen, understand the vision, and deliver exceptional creative work is unmatched.

About the project
Phrasso is an agentic intelligence platform that vets and onboards every inbound buyer for consumer brands. It reads inbound email to understand who a buyer is and what they're actually after, flags risk signals across companies and communication patterns, then routes trusted accounts through onboarding automatically and escalates suspicious ones for review. The problem it solves is enormous and largely invisible: roughly $4 trillion in global consumer sales flows through the gray market each year, about 13% of the market.
The Phrasso team came to us pre-launch, which meant there was no existing brand to evolve — and no established visual language for the category either. Gray-market diversion is a trust problem, so the brand had to feel authoritative without looking like legacy enterprise software, and modern without looking like another AI startup. We landed on a near-black, editorial system with a dossier-like quality: volume markers, evidence-style framing, and precise typography that positions Phrasso as intelligence rather than software.
Executing that system revealed a tooling problem. The design called for a large family of visual elements that had to stay consistent but never repeat — each one unique, each one customizable as the product's positioning evolved. Producing those by hand would have been slow and impossible to maintain. So we built our own apps to generate them: internal tools that let us design and endlessly customize elements to spec, then export them production-ready. It's the same instinct behind our work with Unkey: when the workflow is the bottleneck, we build the tool rather than absorb the cost.
What made the project genuinely fast was the Phrasso team themselves. Feedback came the same day, decisions were made by the people empowered to make them, and every open question got answered before it could block the next step. That responsiveness let us move at a pace that simply isn't possible when approvals queue up,and it showed in the result. Working with a team this engaged is the difference between shipping a website and shipping the right website.
Phrasso launched in 2026 with a full brand system, a website spanning product, pricing, and trust pages, and a set of custom tools the team can keep building on. Our collaboration continues as the product grows.
