Novu is the open-source notification infrastructure that turns multi-channel delivery — in-app, email, push, SMS, and chat — into a single unified API and a drop-in Inbox component. Instead of stitching together a provider for every channel, developers define workflows once and let Novu handle the rest.

We joined early, when Novu was a fast-growing open-source project that needed a website matching its developer-first DNA. The brief was simple to state and hard to execute: every piece of UI should feel made by developers, for developers. We designed and built a site where the product speaks in its own language — real code, real components, no marketing gloss between the visitor and the API.

The community responded. Novu has grown into one of the most recognized open-source projects in the developer ecosystem: over 39,000 GitHub stars, 400+ contributors, a Product Hunt Golden Kitty Award, and a #1 spot on Hacker News. As the product expanded — from notification infrastructure toward communication infrastructure for agents and products — our partnership expanded with it.

Today we work with Novu on an ongoing retainer covering far more than the website: launch videos, product explainers, ad campaigns, and landing pages for new product lines like Novu Agent Communication Infrastructure. It's the kind of long-term collaboration we value most: one where we know the product deeply enough to move at the team's lightning fast speed.
